Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing share certificates and stock transfer forms
- Typing minutes and providing associated documents to open bank accounts
- Arrangement of governance board/committee meetings as required
- Collation and preparation of board packs for governance board/committee meetings
- Preparing all company minutes and updating corporate documentation
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in a Company Secretary and governance role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision and accurately under pressure
- Proactive attitude towards the day-to-day activities
