Assistant Trust Administrator | Private Clients

Under the supervision of the Manager you will assist in the successful delivery of administration duties and activities for a client portfolio, gaining exposure to varied clients and structures across multiple jurisdictions and having the opportunity make a big impact.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with intermediaries / clients under supervision
- Preparing minutes, cheques and letters
- Assisting with the billing and collection of debtor’s process
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and binding documentation
- Assisting various members of the group with routine administrative tasks
Experience and skills required:
- Educated to A-Levels
- Previous administration experience in an office environment would be beneficial, although not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
