Graduate Trainee Private Clients

Joining the private client services team, you will help undertake activities that are needed to support the successful delivery of administration for a private client portfolio.

Guided by your colleagues, you will be supported to achieve your full potential, will be encouraged to pursue a professional qualification, and will be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with intermediaries/clients under supervision
  • Preparing minutes, cheques and letters
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and binding documentation
  • Assisting various members of the group with routine administrative tasks

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Previous administration experience in an office environment would be beneficial, although not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
