Sales Support Administrator | Customer Service
Be part of a small, busy customer service and sales team within a rapidly growing local business, where you will utilise your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills on a daily basis whilst working closely with the sales team to and a range of clients.
This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provision of quotes and ordering of products
- Showroom styling on a weekly basis if required
- Assisting with showroom sales for walk ins, after product training
- Providing support for aftersales in busier periods
- High attention to detail
- Passion to deliver a quality customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with challenging situations
