Service Desk Analyst

Achieve your aspirations and become part of a leading organisation where you will have the opportunity to work with an approachable and experienced technology team. This role will involve providing 1st level technical support to internal staff, responding to staff requests for IT services of all kinds, as well as assisting with a range of administration duties to ensure the smooth running of all IT systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails and service desk requests from staff regarding IT issues, queries and requests for assistance
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service to callers
  • Ensuring that all requests are accurately logged and managed in the IT Service Desk system
  • Troubleshooting IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as PCs, printers, and mobile devices

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience of working in an IT environment is beneficial, however, not necessarily essential
  • Keen interest in IT and new technology
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • An aptitude for problem solving
